Since The Cold Standard partners with U.S. manufacturers, all products ship directly from their warehouses to your address. This ensures faster delivery, lower costs, and the freshest inventory.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed, your order will enter the supplier’s production or fulfillment queue.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer and product type.

Typical windows:
• Cold plunges — 1 to 3 weeks
• Saunas — 2 to 5 weeks
• Accessories — 3 to 7 business days

Please refer to each product page for estimated lead times.

Freight Deliveries

Most high-ticket items ship via LTL freight and require:
• A valid phone number for scheduling delivery
• Someone present at the address to inspect and sign for the shipment

If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available, re-delivery fees may apply.

Shipping Damage

If the shipment arrives with visible damage:
• Note the damage on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing
• Take photos and videos of the packaging and product
• Contact us within 48 hours to report the issue

Failure to document and report damage promptly may void eligibility for a replacement.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or international destinations.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on size, weight, and delivery location. Some items include free shipping depending on supplier policy.
